Your role and key responsibilities will be

 

  • Compensation Strategy & Analysis:
  • Benefits Program Management
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Employee Communication & Engagement:
  • Accounting
  • Participate in Obelis events.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, , Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management in Belgium
  • Strong understanding of Belgian labour laws and market practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Belgian compensation structures, benefits packages, social security systems, and tax regulations
  • Loves data analytics and has ability to effectively present data and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SD Worx, etc.) is a plus
