Your role and key responsibilities will be
- Compensation Strategy & Analysis:
- Benefits Program Management
- Compliance & Reporting
- Employee Communication & Engagement:
- Accounting
- Participate in Obelis events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, , Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management in Belgium
- Strong understanding of Belgian labour laws and market practices
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian compensation structures, benefits packages, social security systems, and tax regulations
- Loves data analytics and has ability to effectively present data and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing compensation and benefits programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SD Worx, etc.) is a plus
